Songs of Love

Hello, welcome to my shiny new blog :)

The story behind it: I love music but feel that I don’t listen to nearly enough of it. I have a horrible habit of finding an artist I like and listening to them on repeat for months and months, missing out on loads of great new stuff. So I’ve set myself a challenge! I will find at least one new song every day that I like enough to share on this blog. It needn’t be by a band I hadn’t heard of before, but it needs to be a new song and I need to really like it. 

Given my track record when it comes to blogging, I can’t guarantee it will last longer than a week but I will give it a shot, if only to give Polly something to read.

If you’re reading, I hope you will find a few songs you like through this and it would be great if you suggested some new songs to me too. Enjoy :)

p.s. In case you were wondering, the title is a reference to a Divine Comedy song that I really love. It isn’t meant to imply that all the songs will be love songs. They won’t, at least not deliberately.
